Vila Galé is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for its new hotel, responsible for managing housekeeping teams, costs, activity planning and control, and VIP guest services.

Vila Galé aims to integrate a Housekeeping Manager into its team for the opening of its new hotel, VG Collection Opera São Luís, located in São Luís/MA.

**YOUR PROFILE:**
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in hotel systems and/or software.
Intermediate level in a second language (preferably English and/or Spanish).
Relevant experience in housekeeping within large-scale hospitality segments.
Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, focus on employee training, resource management, high sense of responsibility and urgency, strong communication skills, excellent organizational sense, rigorous cleanliness standards, resilience, and creativity.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Directly and indirectly manage housekeeping teams:** floors, general services, and laundry. Hire, onboard, and train new employees.
Manage service-related costs.
Plan activities according to period-specific needs (deep cleaning, inventories, area organization, etc.).
Request and monitor products required for departmental activities.
Control purchases, stock levels, and inventories.
Monitor uniform procurement and maintenance for staff.
Identify, request, and monitor maintenance, repair, and restoration services for equipment, furniture, and utensils within housekeeping areas.
Attend to VIP guests and their specific requests.
