Responsibilities: * Electronic timekeeping and payroll processing; * Management of benefits and social charges; * Preparation of labor-related reports and documents; * Assistance to employees and managers; * Monitoring of labor and union-related proceedings. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proven experience in HR routine tasks; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
