Identify failures and opportunities for continuous improvement The Monitor is the professional responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and ensuring the proper functioning of the company's processes, services, or systems. They act preventively and reactively, identifying failures, deviations from standard behavior, and opportunities for improvement, thereby ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate and monitor real-time systems including **electronic gate control**, **security cameras (CCTV)**, **alarms**, and **vehicle tracking**; * Provide **customer service** across all segments (remote gate control, alarms, and vehicle tracking), offering support, clarifying inquiries, and following established protocols; * Record and report suspicious events or anomalies; * Notify customers, operational teams, or authorities as required; * Operate integrated monitoring platforms and prepare daily reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy; * Strong communication skills, active listening, and responsiveness in customer service; * Attentive, responsible profile with a focus on security; * Prior experience in monitoring or customer service is a plus. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Training in Remote Gate Control or Electronic Monitoring; * Experience in call centers.
