The bar is looking for a Kitchen Assistant in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate in preparing appetizers, portions, and menu dishes. Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, and sorting food items. Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces. Organize and store food properly, checking expiration dates and storage conditions. Assist in plating dishes and portions. Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
