Description

Performs vehicle entry and exit control activities and provides information to drivers to ensure traffic flow and proper vehicle parking. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor traffic flow at access points and take action to regulate and/or better distribute vehicles in case of congestion; * Guide drivers regarding road directions, designated parking areas, and shopping center access points to ensure smooth traffic flow; * Address vehicles parked in unauthorized locations; * Handle vehicle collisions in the shopping center parking lot; * Assist customers in case of mechanical failure; * Check the operation of entry and exit equipment; * Report any irregularities observed during the shift to supervisors or security personnel; * Record data of vehicles staying overnight in the parking lot; * Control and replenish parking cards found; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category A; * Availability to work on a 5x1 rotating schedule, afternoon and night shifts. **Additional information** 100% company-paid health insurance plan 100% company-paid dental insurance plan Meal allowance or food voucher Transportation allowance or parking credential Life insurance Running advisory service Discounts at shopping center stores Discounts at partner universities Gympass We are the Group JCPM’s first development in Fortaleza, inaugurated in October 2014.
