The Fortaleza Children's Hospital "Dr. Lúcia de Fátima Ribeiro Guimarães Sá" is part of the Municipal Network of Secondary Care Hospitals of Medium Complexity, providing children and adolescents with 24-hour clinical emergency, urgent, and inpatient care, including reception and risk classification. Children and adolescents (aged 2 months to 17 years) are treated at this facility. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage nursing technical and administrative activities; plan, organize, and control nursing service operations to ensure quality and safety of care provided. Regular and continuous exposure—not occasional or intermittent—to biological hazards (viruses and bacteria). **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Specialization in Hospital Management. Active registration with the Professional Regulatory Council.
