If you too are passionate about people and want to be part of this journey, apply now and join us in fulfilling this purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Read blueprints/instructions and inspect surfaces to determine the type and amount of work required; * Prepare the job site by installing scaffolding, covering equipment, etc.; * Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, removing old paint, etc.; * Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g., plaster); * Mix paint and other materials to achieve the correct color or texture; * Paint surfaces using various tools and following instructions; * Apply varnish and other finishes; * Calculate costs and negotiate prices; * Observe and follow all health and safety precautions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a painter; * Excellent knowledge of painting materials and how to select, mix, and apply them; * Solid understanding of commercial and/or civil construction painting techniques; * Ability to use appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.); * Good basic math skills; * Manual dexterity and excellent balance for working on scaffolding, ladders, etc.; * Conscientiousness and outstanding attention to detail; * High school diploma; successful completion of an apprenticeship program. **Additional Benefits** * Corporate education via Gupy; * Medical assistance; * Meal allowance; * Dental assistance. **A story intertwined with the daily lives of people from Ceará and many other Brazilians!** José Alves de Oliveira, affectionately known as **Zenir**, began his journey in agriculture and, at age 14, brought his dedication to his uncle’s furniture store in Iguatu.
