Job Summary: The Training and Development Analyst plans, executes, and monitors corporate training programs, develops capacity-building initiatives, and manages Training & Development (T&D) metrics within a collaborative and challenging environment. Training Management:** Plan, execute, and monitor corporate and onboarding training; manage development learning paths; control training in the RM TOTVS system; ensure compliance with mandatory trainings coordinated by SESMT; and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions. **2\. Development and Capacity Building:** Develop and monitor development programs; prepare the Annual Training Plan; conduct Needs Analysis (LNT) with departments; support course and workshop creation; structure and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance evaluations; and organize technical visits. **3\. Processes and Metrics:** Support audits; monitor and present T\&D metrics; negotiate internal and external training; and track participation in professional development events. **4\. Performance and Talent Management:** Manage the performance evaluation cycle; monitor probation periods; analyze retention, absenteeism, and turnover metrics; conduct exit interviews; and generate strategic analyses to support leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Corporate Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields. **Desirable:** Experience with T\&D metrics, IDP management, performance evaluation cycles, as well as audit experience and intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. **Differentiators:** Knowledge of RM TOTVS, specialization in Organizational Development, experience in People Analytics, certifications in corporate learning methodologies, and involvement in Employer Branding and organizational culture projects. **Additional Information** Full employer-paid health insurance; Dental plan; On-site meals; Food basket; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Education assistance: available after one year of employment; SESC and SESI partnerships; Total Pass partnership; Emotional Health Program; Workplace gymnastics.
