Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and plan maintenance teams, manage procurement and third-party services, and prepare technical reports and action plans for building-related solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and scheduling of maintenance teams. 2. Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Preparation of technical reports and action plans. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating and scheduling teams, creating and organizing work shifts; Conduct quotations, procurement, and contracting of services with third parties; Plan preventive maintenance activities, corrective maintenance activities, and execution methods for tasks within the scope of responsibility; Update as-built drawings of building systems; Participate in meetings with the contract supervision team to achieve service-related goals and objectives; Prepare technical reports analyzing building-related problems and defining operational solutions; Develop action plans for service execution; Prepare technical reports of completed services, including before-and-after photos; Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** Certificate of completion of a Technical Course in Building Construction from an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), with proven work experience in the field documented in the employment record book (CTPS). Basic computer skills and knowledge of building maintenance are required.
