Proactive, organized, communicative, and analytical individual Uchoa is seeking a professional with Odoo experience to provide internal company support, assist users daily, resolve operational issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes. We seek a proactive, organized, communicative individual with strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical system solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide support to Odoo system users; * Resolve operational issues and answer ERP-related questions; * Assist with modules used by the company; * Perform system configurations, parameterizations, and adjustments; * Monitor internal process improvements and optimizations; * Identify issues and propose practical solutions; * Support administrative, commercial, financial, inventory, production, and HR departments; * Assist in implementing new features and processes; * Train users when necessary; * Contact external support or developers when technical expertise is required. Requirements * Experience with the Odoo system; * Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within teams; * Organizational and proactive mindset; * Ability to identify and resolve problems; * Understanding of administrative and operational workflows. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in manufacturing industries or production companies; * Knowledge of the following modules: * Inventory * Purchasing * Sales * Finance * Production * HR * Basic knowledge of databases or system logic; * ERP implementation experience.
