Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support or IT roles; * Knowledge of basic equipment and system maintenance; * Familiarity with networking, infrastructure, and corporate tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
