Job Summary: Management of an industrial client portfolio, overseeing maintenance and facilities operations, with autonomy to propose solutions and lead operational teams. Key Highlights: 1. Management of operational teams and support in field routines **Responsibilities:** \- Client portfolio management, primarily focused on the industrial segment; \- Responsible for overseeing operations including: Building maintenance, cleaning and conservation, refrigeration, and industrial facilities. \- Mobile work, serving multiple contracts and clients without being assigned exclusively to a single operation. \- Direct technical support to management, acting as a right-hand partner in operational and technical decision-making. \- Conducting technical visits to clients for problem analysis, solution definition, and operational alignment. \- Monitoring on-site activity execution to ensure quality, deadlines, and contractual compliance. \- Actively participating in contract expansion and development of new opportunities, aligned with the company's innovation focus. \- Autonomous identification of issues, proposal of improvements, and leadership of technical solutions in collaboration with teams and clients. \- Management of operational teams and support in conducting field routines. **Experience:** \- Minimum 2 years working with maintenance, facilities, energy, or similar contracts; \- Minimum 2 years of experience leading multi-service teams; \- Proficiency in managing KPIs, SLAs, contractual deadlines, procurement, and human resources; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; \- Preferred: Experience in railway operations; **Requirements:** \- Willingness to reside in São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE or Caucaia/CE; \- Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); \- Required education: Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree with active CREA registration; \- Postgraduate studies or specialization are preferred; \- Strong team leadership and decision-making skills; \- Strong client relationship skills; \- Dynamism and proactivity. **Salary:** R$10\.302 **Benefits:** \- Hapvida Health Plan; \- Attendance Bonus \- R$ 398.82; \- Profit Sharing (PLR) \- twice R$721; \- On-site meals; \- Chartered transportation or Transportation Allowance (RD).
