Ensuring service quality and reducing waste **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for supervising and guiding production, cleaning, and other construction site personnel by monitoring and organizing work performed by employees and service providers, assigning tasks to teams, controlling their execution, and ensuring adherence to the established schedule; coordinating with Civil Engineers, Section Supervisors, Safety Technicians, and the Warehouse Department to exchange information and resolve potential discrepancies, with an emphasis on achieving results through reduced rework, improved team productivity, guaranteed service quality, waste reduction, and mitigation of other environmental impacts — all aimed at keeping the construction schedule within defined deadlines, in accordance with procedures, standards, quality requirements, timelines, and projected costs. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Adaptability Communication Knowledge of Lean philosophy and its associated tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Knowledge of Vertical Construction Projects Innovation Leadership Customer Orientation Results Orientation Proactivity Interpersonal Skills Teamwork COMPLETED ELEMENTARY EDUCATION Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Work Location:** ---------------------- SIGNA MEIRELES **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM
