Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and analyze reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Provide guidance to colleagues and clients on matters related to the area; * Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines, aiming to optimize departmental operations; * Prepare and monitor project delivery schedules using tools such as Project, Planner, and other activity control tools, ensuring projects progress within the appropriate timeframe; * Conduct critical analysis and verification of projects to guarantee interdisciplinary compatibility, primarily through BIM modeling; * Monitor development of less complex projects using BIM modeling; * Receive and reconcile executive project documentation with technical solutions in coordination with stakeholders; * Analyze technical reports issued by designers to ensure projects meet required technical specifications and comply with current regulations; * Support requests for documentation needed for submissions to regulatory bodies or other entities; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by departmental needs and managerial direction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or completed Technical Course in Building Construction; * Intermediate Revit proficiency; * Intermediate MS Project proficiency; * Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency; * Intermediate knowledge of Executive Project Planning; * Knowledge of BIM modeling. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
