The primary objective of this role is to ensure the accuracy and quality of accounting deliverables, acting strategically in data analysis, system integration, and general accounting office routines. **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Work Location:** Initially on-site; after 6 months, hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Desired Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or currently pursuing the degree Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst **Essential Technical Skills (Hard Skills):** Advanced Microsoft Office suite; experience with Fortes software preferred **Desired Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills):** Proactive, strong communication skills, and leadership capability Proficiency in Fortes software, system integration, prior experience in an accounting firm, residence in Eusébio or nearby areas
