Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for monitoring CS KPIs. Define, monitor, and enhance health indicators for the customer base and team performance. Create and implement continuous operational monitoring methods (routines, cadences, playbooks). Maintain and evolve Zendesk, CustomerX, CloudHumans, PipeRun, and Blip by adjusting workflows, fields, and automations. Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and customer experience. Analyze and implement new platform usage (tracking) metrics for Agilean. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Specialist, Market Intelligence Analyst, or Statistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
