Conduct technical visits for efficient service Description: The Customer Service/Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the company's customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and delivering information about the products and services offered. Responsibilities: * Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, e-mail, or chat; * Record all customer interactions clearly and accurately; * Identify potential improvements in customer service processes and suggest solutions; * Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently pursuing service excellence; * Conduct technical visits to deliver more efficient and needs-aligned service. Requirements: * Experience with Windows (installation, configuration, user management); * Knowledge of ticketing tools (Service Desk); * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Active listening skills; * Familiarity with customer service systems; * Organizational and information recording skills.
