If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Directing and coordinating factory interfaces for project interventions; * Monitoring managerial activities of ongoing projects; * Leading project development meetings with stakeholders; * Providing technical support for projects—including necessary information and documentation for progress—such as: tender documents, proposal requests, analyses, cost reconciliations, data collection, etc.; * Technical monitoring of execution activities, identifying pending items, delivering technical support, and performing other tasks related to project execution; * Participating in, monitoring, and managing project CAPEX. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related fields (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * English — Intermediate level; * Knowledge of Project Management; * Proven experience in the manufacturing industry (beverage sector is a plus). **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (gym network); * Life insurance.
