Fiscal document registration and tracking We seek a detail-oriented, organized, and committed professional to perform merchandise inspection and control, ensuring data accuracy and smooth logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage merchandise dispatch and receipt; * Inspect merchandise (quantity and physical condition); * Verify merchandise integrity and validity; * Conduct warehouse inspections to verify merchandise integrity; * Support and monitor inventories; * Organize and position merchandise in warehouses or terminals; * Maintain physical and accounting control of merchandise inflow and outflow; * Enter and track fiscal documents in the system, and issue them when necessary; * Ensure integrity of information recorded in the system; * Monitor team operational activities and support shift handovers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education (in progress or completed) in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields is desirable; * Experience in merchandise inspection; * Basic or intermediate computer skills. **Desired Competencies:** * Teamwork; * Attention to detail; * Punctuality and responsibility; * Good interpersonal skills. **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * TotalPass * Life insurance
