Work Location: Salvador/BA Your energy will be highly valuable for: Contributing to strengthening the IT Controls, Processes, and Risks area by acting consultatively and collaboratively in organizing and executing the area’s activities, with focus on governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for supporting IT risk and controls management, monitoring indicators (KPIs), supporting audits and certifications, as well as participating in change management initiatives, process review, and standardization. Your role will be essential to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency of IT processes, promoting cross-functional integration, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making support for leadership. Responsibilities: * Enhance processes and controls through critical analysis, standardization, and implementation of improvements focused on risk and effectiveness; * Coordinate internal and external audit and certification efforts through planning, departmental follow-up, and consolidation; * Lead the Systems Directorate's indicators/KPIs strategy by defining metrics, automating data collection, and enabling executive visibility (reports and dashboards); * Guide stakeholders (profile agents, managers, departments) via training, materials, and consultative support in forums and committees; * Conduct analyses of incidents and sensitive requests in partnership with Governance, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Resilience teams, proposing mitigations and action plans; * Implement automation and innovations (including AI where applicable) in internal workflows, ensuring quality, compliance, traceability, and positive customer impact; * Uphold the company’s values of Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environment through campaigns and policies, applying these principles across all actions, processes, and guidelines. To join our team, you must have: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, IT Governance/Management, Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Compliance, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Prior experience in internal controls, risk management, auditing, or process management; * Availability to work in Salvador/BA. It will be a plus if you have: * Experience with SAP, Active Directory (AD), and other corporate systems; ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, JIRA, etc.); and Identity Management (IDM); * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Governance / Projects / Quality (Processes) / Data / Technology / AI; * Knowledge of best practices such as ITIL, COBIT, or PMBOK; * Experience with automation and dashboard tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI); * Experience in innovation, automation, or system integration projects; * English or Spanish for communication with global teams.
