




Job Summary: Responsible for ground operations at airports, including baggage and cargo handling, security inspection, and equipment coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of equipment and aircraft handling Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the aircraft being serviced, and floor inspection and scanning to collect fallen objects; auditory perception is required to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the apron. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client Manual or dnata's MGO; * Perform segregation of baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, in accordance with recommendations for identifying special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels, placing them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections through reading of volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify proper suitability for transport, ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel responsible for handling; * Perform correct handling and appropriate stowage of baggage and cargo in aircraft holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers, placing them at designated locations; * Conduct equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Handle aircraft within the timeframes established for each type of service and airport classification where operating; * Perform checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and direct equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment anomalies occurring during operations to supervisors. 2511070202301574672
