Job Opening: Senior Fiscal Receipt Analyst Description: We are seeking a professional to work as a Senior Fiscal Receipt Analyst in our company. The selected candidate will be responsible for various activities related to fiscal receipt, ensuring compliance and accuracy of the processes. Responsibilities: * Verify incoming fiscal invoices (CFOP, CST, tax rates, and withholdings); * Validate fiscal receipt and legal compliance; * Perform fiscal entries and validations in the ERP system; * Identify and resolve fiscal inconsistencies with internal departments; * Monitor pending fiscal receipt items; * Support ancillary obligations; * Propose process improvements for fiscal receipt to enhance efficiency and reduce risks; * Provide guidance to junior analysts and technical support to the team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of tax legislation; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience in analyzing electronic fiscal documents, fiscal receipt, and ancillary obligations. * Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in taxation, and knowledge of fiscal data capture systems and process automation.
