SHIFT SCHEDULE Tuesday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM / 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Wednesday from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM / 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Thursday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM / 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM Friday from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM / 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Saturday from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM / 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM Day off on Mondays. TRAINING RULES AND JOB EXPECTATIONS This document aims to clearly align the company's expectations with the candidate applying for the General Services position. Reading and accepting these rules is an essential part of the training process. If the candidate does not feel comfortable or capable of meeting the requirements established herein, we request immediate communication so that we may terminate the training without loss of time for either party. 1\. Professional conduct and unacceptable behaviors * Punctuality: delays must be communicated in advance; repeated tardiness may affect hiring. * Commitment and responsibility: focus on assigned tasks, avoiding distractions. * Initiative: identify cleaning/organization needs without waiting solely for direct orders. * Mobile phone: personal device use is prohibited during work hours; it must remain stored. Emergencies should be handled using the company phone. * Unnecessary conversation: keep communication limited to matters relevant to service execution. * Breaks: respect pre\-established break times, no additional exits. * Conduct with clients: asking favors, selling, or requesting any benefits from clients is not allowed. * Equipment use: prohibited to use materials, supplies, or company facilities for personal interests. 2\. Evaluation pillars for hiring confirmation 1\. Punctuality – strictly adhere to scheduled entry, exit, and break times. 2\. Commitment – demonstrate dedication and attention to tasks. 3\. Organization – maintain clean, tidy, and standardized environments as instructed. 4\. Personal hygiene and appearance – clean uniform, good presentation, proper use of PPE. 5\. Discipline – follow instructions, respect hierarchy, and maintain professional demeanor. 6\. Discretion – do not discuss internal company matters outside the workplace. 7\. Proactivity – identify and resolve minor cleaning and maintenance issues without waiting for orders. 3\. Technical requirements for the General Services position * Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance of environments (advantageous). * Physical ability for activities requiring moderate effort (sweeping, carrying buckets, moving chairs, etc.). * Basic knowledge of cleaning products (detergents, disinfectants, multipurpose cleaners, removers). * Basic workplace safety: avoid waste, handle chemicals properly, care for equipment. * Ability to follow daily cleaning checklist routines. 4\. Training period * The initial training will last up to 7 business days. * During this period, the candidate will be supervised and evaluated by the area supervisor. * If the criteria are not met, the training may be terminated at any time. * After successful completion of training, the employee will be hired under CLT terms (or according to agreed contract).
