In the ERP: Complete product registration, including taking photos (using cellphone) and basic editing for image inclusion in the system. Export registered items to the e\-commerce Register items in inventory Issuing and labeling pieces Billing Record shipments with respective carriers and issue shipping labels Package shipments In e\-commerce: Monitor orders for item separation immediately after order enters the system Validate data registered in the ERP Provide after-sales service, delivering information requested by customers through digital platforms Actively resolve purchase-related issues such as exchanges, returns, system errors, and other assigned tasks. REQUIREMENTS: Desired Experience/Qualifications: \- Currently enrolled in technical or higher education in administration, technology, or related fields. \- Previous experience with management tools such as ERP systems (Bling, Linx, etc.) and e\-commerce platforms (Jet, Nuvem Shop, Shopify, Vetex, Magento, etc.) \- Familiarity with customer service platforms and social media. \- Knowledge of image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) \- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
