Join us in contributing to our success! **About the Position** Hiring involves providing practical experience, theoretical training, and professional mentoring. **Main Responsibilities** The Young Apprentice will provide support and learn hands-on administrative and team-support tasks in the following areas: * Maintenance * Logistics * Quality * SGI * Production * Administration **All activities will be performed under guidance and supervision, respecting the educational nature of the Apprenticeship Program.** **Requirements** * Age between 18 and 22 years. * Currently enrolled in or having completed High School. * Interest in learning and developing new skills. **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho — BA * Employment type: Young Apprentice (CLT + mandatory theoretical course) * Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 hours per day); Morning or afternoon shift * Salary: R$ 810.10 * Benefits: Transportation provided by the company; Profit-sharing; Medical and Dental Assistance.
