Agility, proactivity, discretion, and reliability Responsible for controlling access of people, vehicles, and materials, ensuring security, organization, and compliance with the institution's internal regulations **Responsibilities and Duties** Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and service providers; Identify, register, and guide visitors; Ensure site security by monitoring suspicious activities; Record incidents and report irregularities to supervision; Answer telephone and intercom calls when necessary; Receive and forward correspondence and packages; Comply with internal regulations and security procedures; Maintain a professional, courteous, and attentive attitude when serving the public **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary or high school education; Prior experience in this role is an advantage; Basic computer skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Attention to detail, responsibility, and ethical conduct.
