We are seeking a **Quality Consultant** to provide technical and operational support for units, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations, process standardization, and excellence in service delivery. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (GMP Manual); * Conduct technical visits and operational monitoring at units; * Monitor and control processes in Central Kitchens (UAN); * Respond to and accompany inspections by competent authorities; * Conduct training sessions and guide operational teams; * Identify opportunities for improvement, resource optimization, and waste reduction. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition; * Technical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and process control in Central Kitchens (UAN); * Availability for travel and technical visits; * Valid driver's license and driving experience.
