Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and challenges * Providing customer service using a motorcycle for greater mobility within the garage; * Assisting the Control Center and Administration in guiding customers; * Conducting periodic patrols across the parking lot; * Remaining attentive to customer service and guidance needs; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations; * Immediately registering every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verifying whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirming they possess valid identification credentials; * Upon greeting customers at the entrance, issuing the card with the prism number and informing them of the designated location for payment and vehicle retrieval; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location details, and other relevant information—with consistent emphasis on courteous reception; * Properly storing vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensuring vehicle identification via numbered prisms; * Ensuring vehicle security by keeping windows and doors closed at all times; * Observing the maximum speed limit on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we are looking for: * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license (mandatory). **Additional Information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), if selected during the hiring process, proof of vaccination is required for the following: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
