Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Challenges * Performing vehicle maneuvers; * Immediately registering every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verifying whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and checking that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Upon greeting the customer at the entrance, issuing the card with the prism number and informing them of the designated location for payment and vehicle retrieval; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location, and other relevant information—with consistent focus on delivering excellent customer service; * Properly storing vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensuring vehicle identification through attachment of numbered prisms; * For vehicle security, always keeping windows and doors closed; * Observing the maximum speed limit on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we are looking for: * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license (mandatory); * Ability to perform vehicle maneuvers. **Additional Information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), upon approval in the selection process, proof of the following vaccinations will be required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
