Job Summary: The Monitoring Operator will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security footage, identifying and reporting suspicious behavior to prevent incidents and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous monitoring of store sections via security cameras. 2. Identification and recording of suspicious or non-compliant activities. 3. Support to the security team and preparation of incident reports. #### **About the Role:** As a Monitoring Operator, you will monitor and analyze footage from security systems, identifying and reporting procedures or behaviors that may cause losses or harm to the company. Your attention and proactivity will be crucial in preventing incidents and ensuring environmental safety. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuous monitoring of store sections via security cameras. * Identification and recording of suspicious or non-compliant activities. * Cleaning and organization of the monitoring room. * Support to the security team, acting as frontline support in the store when required. * Preparation of incident reports and follow-up on incidents. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Monitoring Operator or in a similar role. * Knowledge of image recording and modulation. * Proficiency in monitoring cameras and CCTV systems. * Basic understanding of loss prevention. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Prior experience as a Loss Prevention Officer or Agent. #### **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan. * Group life insurance. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Flexible working hours. * Willingness to work at any store within the group, as needed.
