Preferred qualifications: * Primavera P6 Summary description: Control the activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to the milestones defined for the project to contribute toward fulfilling contractual requirements. Detailed description: * Execute activities related to project phases according to the logical sequence, to meet the critical path (the longest sequence of activities) established in the construction schedule. * Adhere to the execution schedule, completing the stages identified in the construction planning while applying implemented controls to ensure compliance with established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures to provide relevant information supporting timely delivery. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction progress reports, highlighting progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance. * Attend interface meetings between contract areas and your area of responsibility to identify and align potential interferences that may impact the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks as per received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate supervisors—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
