That is why we are constantly seeking new talents ready to make a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform deboning of meat cuts according to standard; * Maintain a clean and organized work area; * Guide Operations Assistants on all operational procedures of the department; * Comply with safety regulations and supervise the team’s use of PPE; * Guide department associates on correct packaging usage and standardized labeling methods for processed products; * Guide compliance with the layout of meat counters; * Serve customers. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Prior experience in this role required * Prior deboning experience required * Must reside in Vera Cruz/Itaparica\-BA
