




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Marketing, Visual Communication, or related fields; * Experience working independently on the creation of digital and printed materials; * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); * Visual identity management, including application and maintenance of brand manuals and guidelines; * Intermediate proficiency in presentation and prototyping tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Canva). Desirable: * Basic knowledge of motion design and video editing. * Creation of graphic assets for digital and print campaigns (social media posts, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and institutional materials); * Adaptation of existing layouts and assets to different formats and platforms while maintaining quality and standardization; * Creation of promotional materials for events, commercial initiatives, and internal marketing campaigns; * Ensuring correct application of Bancorbrás Group’s brand visual identity across all touchpoints; * Collaboration with the marketing team in developing cross-media campaigns and content (digital, print, and audiovisual); * Providing creative support to internal departments, translating briefs into effective visual solutions; * Exploring new design techniques and tools, suggesting visual innovations to strengthen brand experience; * Supporting, when necessary, motion design and video editing requests. 2512310202491868022
