Job Summary: Plumber responsible for repairs, adjustments, and maintenance of hydraulic, sanitary, and rainwater systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Repair and adjustment of hydraulic systems 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of installations 3. Unclogging of pipelines and sewage tanks Plumber: Proven plumbing experience documented in employment record book. Perform repairs, adjustments, and calibrations on valves, shut-off cocks, pipelines, flush tanks, centrifugal pumps, as well as small-scale services or renovations on hydraulic, sanitary, and rainwater installations; Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to the schedule provided by the maintenance supervisor; Replace bearings and repair centrifugal pumps; Unclog pipelines, sewage tanks, rainwater tanks, valves, floor drains, and siphons; Perform other related tasks inherent to the function, as directed by contract supervision. **Requirements:** Proven experience documented in employment record book.
