The professional will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, ingredient sanitation and cutting, kitchen organization, supporting chefs, and maintaining environmental cleanliness, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven work experience of at least 1 year in the role of Kitchen Assistant or similar, documented in employment record. * Basic knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices. * Organization, agility, and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial kitchens, restaurants, or hotels. * Training courses in gastronomy or food handling. * Knowledge of food safety standards. **Important Note** Resumes that do not meet the minimum requirement of documented work experience (\+1 year) will not be considered in the selection process.
