Description: * Completed high school education; * 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Dilute and package sanitizing products according to technical instructions and standard tables; * Clean and prepare containers, jerrycans, and bottles for use; * Accurately identify and label all diluted products with complete and legible information; * Complete and sign, together with the pharmacist, the preparation technical sheet; * Store received and diluted products in accordance with established regulations; * Record temperature measurements of the storage area and preparation room; * Identify and remove products suspected of contamination, tampering, or expiration; * Deliver sanitizing products to hospital departments, maintaining delivery protocol control and obtaining signatures from responsible personnel; * Dispense products upon request via the system, following internal registration and verification procedures; * Collect, sort, and sanitize materials used during preparation; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities; * Activate safety devices (eyewash station and emergency shower) in case of chemical accidents. 2512120202501803022
