If you share this vision, would you like to join this team? **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide customer service via telephone, e-mail, and other customer service channels; * Clarify inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support regarding Jamef Transportes’ services; * Register and track customer requests in the service management system; * Perform cargo tracking and provide up-to-date information to customers; * Ensure compliance with response and resolution deadlines for each request; * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance service quality; * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actions to enhance customer experience; * Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.
