You will work with real operational data — wells, production, maintenance, logistics — participating in initiatives that directly impact business results. Here, you will not be a spectator. You will build, test, fail, learn, and deliver. **Responsibilities and assignments** **What you will do** Depending on your profile, you may contribute to areas such as: * Analysis and exploration of operational and financial data * Development of dashboards and analytical products * Support in data organization and modeling * Participation in automation and AI initiatives * Interaction with business areas to understand real-world problems **Requirements and qualifications** We seek individuals with: * Genuine curiosity about data and technology * Interest in solving real-world (not only academic) problems * Analytical ability and structured thinking * Willingness to continuously learn and develop * We do not expect you to know everything — we expect you to want to learn quickly.
