**What It’s Like to Be a Logistics Support Assistant | GREEN ANGEL (Motorcycle):**

Known as Green Angels, this team is tasked with delivering direct customer service at their point of sale.
Your primary activity is providing external support to our users—both within the city and across our coverage areas—assisting them with device setup and correct usage of the products they contracted with us.
Additionally, you’ll also be responsible for operations at your assigned hub, including inventory management, asset receipt, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, stock organization, and periodic inventory audits.

**What We Expect From You:**

* Valid motorcycle driver’s license (Category A or AB) held for at least two years;
* Completed high school education.

Promote the maintenance of the IMS (Integrated Management System) and other organizational management improvement programs. As the guardian of SOUL, manage performance indicators, identify potential deviations, and ensure execution of activities within the Operational Excellence area—aimed at standardizing and improving Ultracargo’s operations.
**Responsibilities and duties** **You will focus on:**
* Assist in implementing and ensuring maintenance of the IMS (Integrated Management System), certified under NBR ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Monitor execution of internal and external audits (clients, CDI-T – Chemical Distribution Institute – Terminals, certification bodies, consultants, and legal compliance audits).
* Analyze deviations and monitor recording of nonconformities (including those arising from customer complaints) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
* Monitor updates to IMS (Integrated Management System) indicators, observe trends, and suggest process improvements.
* Consolidate information to be presented at the IMS (Integrated Management System) management review meeting.
* Promote updates to legal requirements, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality legislation.
* Support and provide suggestions to managers regarding process improvement initiatives and IMS (Integrated Management System) document reviews.
* Critically analyze and update IMS (Integrated Management System) documentation, ensuring availability of appropriate versions in designated locations and preventing unintentional use of obsolete documents.
* Deliver training sessions and presentations related to the Operational Excellence area.
* Perform activities in accordance with IMS (Integrated Management System) procedures, SOUL Policy, and SOUL Culture.
* Responsible for updating road transport performance indicators and control indicators, e.g., nitrogen.
* Monitor evolution of management indicators across SOUL Room pillars: safety, sustainability, quality, economic management, and others.
* Responsible for updating and presenting the Continuous Improvement pillar at SOUL meetings.
* Responsible for managing the Project Office (updating the database with the terminal team’s strategic projects).
* Responsible for managing Kaizens (validating Kaizens developed by the terminal team; updating the database with scores aligned to Kaizen criteria).
* Identify opportunities for improvement and encourage the terminal team to pursue them—for example, through Kaizen and SOUL+.
* Support and execute 5S improvements; ensure adherence to audit routines and recognition of best practices.
* Apply quality tools to support indicator analysis, such as 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto Chart, Control Chart, and others.
* Responsible for updating and ensuring adherence to schedules for Operational Excellence area activities.
* Responsible for conducting periodic time-motion analyses of processes.
* Responsible for ensuring adherence to management routines applied in the Operational Excellence Diagnostic.
* Participate in developing the terminal’s and leadership’s strategic A3, supporting and guaranteeing methodological consistency.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering fields);
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in quality processes (document management, internal and external audits);
* Experience in problem analysis and resolution, indicator management, and process improvement;
* Experience focused specifically on process improvement.
