Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising accident and occupational disease prevention activities in shopping centers, ensuring legal compliance and delivering training. Key Highlights: 1. Accident and occupational disease prevention in shopping centers 2. Ensuring legal compliance and SESMT oversight 3. Development of safety campaigns and training programs Plans, implements, and supervises accident prevention actions within the shopping center facilities, as well as works to reduce risks of occupational diseases. Conducts full verification of all legally required documentation for the SESMT area – Occupational Safety and Medicine. Ensures compliance of facilities and activities performed by Condominium employees with regulatory authorities. Develops accident prevention and occupational health campaigns. Delivers safety training to employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in Occupational Safety with proper registration at DRT\-BA; * Proven experience as an Occupational Safety Technician;\* * Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with fire protection and detection systems; * Administrative work schedule. For internal employees, the following additional requirements apply: * Minimum of 6 months employed with the company or in the current position; * No legal sanctions incurred within the last 6 months. * For internal employees, the requirement of proven experience in the field may be relaxed.
