Discover more about the characteristics of this position below — good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administrative Support: Assist in preparing educational materials, filing documents, maintaining student records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. * Teacher Support: Help teachers prepare lessons, organize classrooms, make material copies, and perform other teaching-related tasks. * Student Support: Provide support to students by assisting with daily needs, guiding them through activities, and fostering a positive learning environment. * Behavior Monitoring: Observe student behavior during classes, breaks, and other activities, intervening when necessary to maintain discipline and safety. * Learning Activity Assistance: Collaborate with teachers in delivering educational activities such as hands-on exercises, group projects, and other learning initiatives. * Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on students’ academic and behavioral progress, and responding to any questions or concerns. * Support for Special Programs: Assist in implementing special education programs, extracurricular activities, and special school events as needed. * Collaboration with the School Team: Work closely with teachers, academic coordinators, and other staff members to ensure an effective and inclusive learning environment. * School Environment Promotion: Contribute to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive school environment where all students feel valued and supported. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or a related teaching field. Additional education or training in education, child development, or related areas is desirable. * Language: English — B2 level * Prior experience in an educational setting or in administrative roles is desirable. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Patience, empathy, and ability to handle a variety of situations and personalities. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established school procedures. **Additional Information** * Benefits: Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Tuition assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance.
