Job Summary: Apprentice Youth focused on operational activities related to baggage receipt, handling, and dispatch, requiring strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity. Focus on organization, proactivity, and teamwork Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal standing posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, footwear handling, aircraft loading and unloading with luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac.
