HR PAYROLL ANALYST

S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as **HR PAYROLL ANALYST.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct analysis of vacation entitlements and employment contract terminations, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Perform payroll analysis and closing, including thorough verification of earnings and statutory deductions; * Submit payroll-related events to eSocial and issue payment slips; * Provide technical support to units, advising on HR payroll department routines; * Record payments in the financial system; * Prepare technical reports to meet accountability requirements; * Monitor the Electronic Labor Address (DET) on a weekly basis; * Register labor complaints in the system for submission to eSocial; * Act as the company's legal representative at labor hearings; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT); * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and applicable legal updates. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting Sciences, or Business Administration; * Minimum 6 months of experience in payroll department; * Experience working with Social Organizations and the Domínio system; * In-depth knowledge of Labor Legislation; * Understanding of ancillary obligations, such as E\-SOCIAL, DCTF\-WEB, and DIGITAL FGTS; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Additional information** * Workload: 200 hours per month.
