Job Summary: Provide HR and personnel administration support for solar power plant construction projects, acting as the interface between the construction team and the administrative department. Interface between construction team and administrative department Main Responsibilities: * Support in Human Resources processes, including clarifying employee questions regarding pay slips, leaves of absence, benefits, and terminations. * Support in hiring new employees and team onboarding. * Support in timekeeping administration and employee termination processes. * Management of personnel deployed on-site, ensuring organizational and administrative control. * Monitoring of construction site expenses and preparation of financial reports. * Act as the interface between the construction team and the company's administrative department, facilitating communication and process alignment. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or Administration program. * Availability for travel and for on-site work at solar power plants. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B), with willingness to drive. Experience in an engineering environment will be considered a plus. Availability to work in Alvorada do Norte \- Goiás. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
