If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Control the activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to the milestones defined for the project, thereby contributing to fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Execute activities related to project phases according to logical sequence, to meet the critical path (the longest activity sequence) established in the construction schedule. * Adhere to the execution schedule, completing stages identified in the construction planning while applying implemented controls to ensure compliance with established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, providing relevant information to support timely delivery. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, highlighting progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially forecasted and planned deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility to align and identify potential interferences that may impact the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks as per received planning, under supervision and/or support from technically more experienced professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
