Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Make and receive telephone calls, providing basic information or relaying messages; when necessary, transfer the call to the requested person or caller; * Receive documents (which, depending on the work location, may include: medical records, reports, hospital bills, correspondence, forms, reports, statements, contracts, requests/solicitations, fiscal documents, debit-credit documents, or collection documents) and, as applicable, perform required routine tasks such as recording, noting, verifying, entering data, and/or classifying them, then forwarding them to their respective destinations; * Issue or complete documents as indicated above and forward them to their respective destinations; perform routine records regarding service interactions, activities, events, or occurrences within the department using cards, registers, or computerized databases, following defined procedures; * Request and return materials and medications; * Organize and route medical records. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Experience in the health sector is desirable; Candidates motivated by change and who enjoy teamwork are preferred. **Additional Information** Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its work through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and focused on achieving optimal results.
