Assist in preparing bidding processes S3 Gestão em Saúde is looking for new talents to work as **PROJECT ASSISTANT**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the projects and bidding department in administrative and operational routines; * Organize, digitize, and archive physical and electronic documents; * Assist in preparing bidding processes, including folders, checklists, and document verification; * Support monitoring and tracking of deadlines for tender notices, proposals, sessions, and contracts; * Update control and tracking spreadsheets for processes; * Assist in submitting documents and information to electronic platforms and public agencies; * Monitor publications in official gazettes and procurement portals, as instructed; * Support the team in organizing information for proposals and projects; * Perform other administrative tasks related to the projects and bidding department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: currently enrolled in or having completed a degree in Administration, Public Management, Law, Accounting, or related fields; Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and e\-mail); * **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \+ Meal Voucher \+ Transportation Voucher * Working hours: 200 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution with a social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across the federation.
