Job Summary: The S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking an Accountability Analyst to guide, analyze, and validate financial documentation and evidence, while monitoring processes to ensure timely receipt of resources and transparency. Contributing to transparency in accountability reporting S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talent to serve as an **ACCOUNTABILITY ANALYST**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and train frontline professionals on contractual targets related to recordkeeping and financial evidence; * Analyze activity reports (contractual targets) and their corresponding supporting documentation submitted by Units; * Analyze and validate financial evidence documentation in the accountability reporting system for submission to the contracting party; * Analyze and validate Explanatory Notes to justify anomalies in processes; * Monitor and respond to health-related notifications addressed to the Health Secretariat; * Track workflow progress within the Health Secretariat to ensure timely receipt of funds per the contractual schedule; * Update Contract Notification Control spreadsheets; * Populate spreadsheets supporting Accountability Reporting Management Indicators; * Organize responses to inconsistencies and notifications related to accountability reporting; * Update accountability reporting information on the transparency portal. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree; * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred; * Experience with health service accountability reporting preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.737,56 * **Workload:** 200 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially inclusive institution recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility.
