Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform food pre-preparation and preparation tasks; * Clean kitchen and cafeteria utensils and equipment; * Assist in transporting, weighing, and storing foodstuffs, materials, utensils, and prepared or pre-prepared meals; * Collect, weigh, and package food scraps, waste, leftovers, and/or returned meals according to established procedures; * Perform pre-preparation, preparation, cooking, and packaging of meals according to predetermined menus; * Clean utensils, equipment, and facilities of the Unit—except those designated as the responsibility of the hygiene department; * Store washed kitchen and cafeteria utensils for subsequent reuse; * Support kitchen and cafeteria services in carrying out their activities; * Prepare snacks, coffee breaks, and simple meals according to scheduled instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant in food service units is required; * Experience in hospital kitchen operations is considered an advantage; * **Availability to work Day Shift or Night Shift (12 x 36)**. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Cafeteria; * Employee benefits club; * Employee health club Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the Fundação José Silveira (FJS) has expanded its work through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and a focus on achieving optimal results.
