Responsibilities and Duties: * Required: knowledge and experience in metal structures. * Draft technical tender documents. * Review and validate projects. * Conduct physical and financial planning of projects. * Prepare technical specifications. * Conduct studies, site surveys, and assessments of feasibility, constraints, and interferences for project implementation. * Support clients in the project implementation plan. * Conduct meetings; prepare reports and presentations. * Support contractor management. * Manage procurement for projects. * Negotiate shutdowns and provide technical guidance to field technicians. Requirements: * Mechanical Engineer with at least 7 years of experience leading industrial projects
